Description:

Currently working for client UBS bank based out of Weehawken, NJ USA as Technology Lead and taking care of more than 8 applications that are used by Bank Internal Users for Client Onboarding and Account creations and Product assignments for different clients. Extensively taking care of the Service management tasks like Incident, Problem and Release Management.

Roles/Responsibilities: -

Cluster Lead/Team Lead guiding and mentoring the team of 12 people which supports the 6 major applications related to client Onboarding in UBS Corporate Centre.

SPOC for Application related issue, report generation, BAU tasks and service management that includes daily Incident Management, Release Management and Problem Management.

Releases impacts analysis for all the weekly, biweekly, Monthly and Quarterly for both Infra releases and functional Application changes.

Account Managements System (AMS). AMS holds the virtual accounts for the corporate clients of Barclays Bank. All the daily transaction and payments made called as BACS and CHAPS are done through AMS and AMS maintains daily reports of these transactions. Reports are required for verifying volume of transactions and amount going through virtual accounts to actual client accounts.
