Working as a Marketing Consultant creating & implementing marketing plans using my marketing skills for various clients. Marketing: Promote clients by creating & implementing a marketing plan, designing social media campaigns, viral marketing, blogging, creating advertisements, newsletters & brochures. Plan & execute events to promote the business. Run fundraising events for not for profits. Work with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Social Media: Create and coordinated Social Media accounts for businesses. This includes account creation, monitoring, posting and tracking. Lead the marketing team for a real estate property management company in addition to being responsible for property management. Managed outside vendors to make sure projects were done on time and within budget. Specific skills and accomplishments include:

Redesigned web page, and started a viral marketing plan including social media, and an email newsletter. Designed brochures and presentations for use at trade shows and client meetings. Property Management: Managed 17 condo associations (over 600 units) with responsibilities including budgeting (in excess of $3 Million), preventive maintenance programs and construction projects. Hired architects, engineers and vendors to complete construction or rehabilitation projects. Dealt with board of directors to enforce rules & regulation and deal with unit owner issues.
BROADACRE MANAGEMENT COMPANY - Senior Manager OF MARKETING 1996 –2008
Lead the marketing team for a real estate developer in addition to being responsible for business development, financial reporting, sales and support, and property management. Managed outside vendors to make sure projects were done on time and within budget. Specific skills and accomplishments include:
Marketing: Promoted properties by creating and implementing a marketing plan, designing web pages, viral marketing, creating advertisements, newsletters and brochures. Managed internal graphic designer. Planned and executed events to promote tenant retention.
Project Management: Coordinated 144-unit and over $5 Million condominium project, including name selection, logo design, marketing collateral creation, marketing/advertising, promotional DVD and project timelines and budgets. Managed vendors including, bankers, advertising agency, architect, & general contractor. Developed budgets, timelines & financial projections for the lender.
Property Management: Oversaw the management team for a 61 story, 505unit rental property. Created the over $15 million budget and tracked expenses on a monthly basis. Managed statistics on leasing and occupancy. Dealt with the investors of the property including GE Capital. Acted as liaison when the building was sold to a condominium converter for over $165 Million.
