CONTRACT ESCROW OFFICER/ASSISTANT

I have successfully run full escrow desks as a permanent escrow officer, and most recently as a contract escrow officer throughout Southern California for one of the top Employment Agencies in the Real Estate and Finance industry. (Refinance, Sale, Short Sale, REO, AITD, Mobile Home, Acquisition, Bulk Transfer, and Commercial transactions)

FUNDER/DOC DRAW

We had 3 – 2-man teams until my funder quit without warning. I became funder and doc drawer. Every month each team closed 250 loans. Every preliminary title report coming into the company required my initials to go to loan docs. I reviewed approximately 900 to 1000 per month. 80% were out of state transactions.

RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT/TRUST DEED SERVICE

I received mortgage payments, figured the P&I, new balance, logged it in the TD service Log, and the Trustor payment book, and sent payment book back to Trustor every month, on approximately 30 accounts. I answered phones, assisted the Escrow Manager, completed the daily banking, and monthly reconciliation. I went to school and promoted to a Jr. Escrow Officer and then Officer.
