Job Description ( HR Officer) :

Responsible for:

Work According Company or Hotel Standard & Policy.

Register All New Hiring Employees In General Organization For Social Insurance In (GOSI) Saudi Arabia.

Remove All Termination Or Exit Employees From General Organization For Social Insurance In (GOSI) Saudi Arabia.

Follow Up All GOSI cases And All Jobs Accident And Register It According To Labour Low Saudi Arabia.

Processes all confirmed colleagues offers in relation to entry visas, ensuring that a weekly update is provided to the Personnel/HR Manager

To perform or oversee the translation of certain documents from English to Arabic or Arabic to English with a high-level of accuracy and quality.

Attend meetings with non-Arabic speaking colleagues and perform translation and function as secretary from time-to-time as needed by the business heads• Review marketing materials (i.e. website, adverts, and press releases for accuracy and quality.

Coordinate with designated travel agency and the employee on colleagues travel requests; assist in booking vacation, emergency and business travel arrangements.

Ensure end of service transactions is prepared and be accurate. Liaise with finance for payment of end of service as per exit schedule .

To collaborate with the Administrative Team to facilitate the hiring and termination processes• To coordinate between the executive team, IT department and Admin Team to onboard an employee to ensure professionalism, timely arrival/departure, and continuity of the business

Entering of new Hires into the HR database, based on the employees approved contract information

Updating employee payroll information on the HR database (related to salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, new hires) daily.

Job Description (Employee Accommodation Manger ) :

Responsible for:

Onboarding:

Responsible for arranging rooms for new staff as per Company Standards.

Picking up and dropping employee to the airport when driver is not available.

Taking a part with Human Resources team in welcoming the new staff & the required arrangement for them as per the new induction program.

Maintenance:

Coordinating with the contracting company concerning all maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing etc.)

To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance team/external company.

To ensure the failed machine/equipment is repaired without any delay.

Accommodation Standards:

Daily patrol in the accommodation for anything unusual to be noted and addressed to Human Resources Office.

To ensure that high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times in the accommodation.

To ensure that the staff accommodation is well secured, and staffs are accommodated as per the Human Resources Policy.

To ensure that all the assets of the staff accommodation, which includes the building, furniture; equipment and operating equipment are well maintained.

To employ maximum supervision towards the external cleaners, security and contractors within the premises.

Coordinating with Cleaning Company to maintain the hygiene standards in order to provide our employee a healthy environment.

Looking after staff when it comes to their health and safety by reporting any urgent matters.

General Administration:

Update regularly the accommodation plan and rooms inventory.

Handling & controlling staff movements inside the accommodation.

Ensures a regular and timely submission of Accommodation Occupancy Report and any other assigned reports by the Group Human Resources Manager.

Responsible for all administrative work related to the maintenance and Staff issues in the accommodation.

Responsible for incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to Human Resources department.

Handling staff problems and concerns related to their rooms and privacy.

Following up with the purchasing on pending items related to the staff accommodation.

Update all stores in the accommodation and responsible for all Purchase Request regarding items in shortage.

Preparing Inventory List for all flats and accommodation rooms.

Responsible for all arrangements and cooperation within the different restaurant related to accommodation, activities, etc.

To be ready at any time in case of emergency to assist and provide support.

In charge for collection and submission of various accommodations related documents and deposits.

Mobilization of the camp.

Construction and Managing the camp.

Responsible for the entire camp a work force of ( 1152 ) labors and 45 officers, Maintaining documents related to Camp, Stores, Mess, and laundry.

Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to Camps Department.

Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers.

Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.
