Key Responsibilities as Project Engineer:

Analysing client site and developing URS and BOM for specific projects.

Designing PFD & P&ID for water purification systems based on client specifications.

Executing field wiring activities at project site and supervising contractors in the implementation of design plans.

Identifying plan digressions and implementing course correction if required

Training the newly recruited candidate.

Improvising the design and presentation of documents along with the P&ID Of Generation & Distribution System.

Designing & Installation Of WFI (Water For Injection) Distribution System.

Arrangement of material at site if required.

Designing of Purified Water Tank as per client requirement and forwarding towards the manufacturing sector for manufacturing.

Designing & Installation of Water Generation System including RO, UF, Sand, Carbon, Softener, Dosing system, EDI, CIP & SIP System.

Performing Hydro test of Installed pipelines at site.

Preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ, SOP, Test Report, Challenge Test Report, TDS Report.

Installation & Calibration of Temperature, Conductivity, pH, ORP, Level Sensor, Vent Filter, UV System, Chorine Sensor, Vent Filter etc.

Performing chemical cleaning of SS316L pipelines post to installation.

Preparation of isometric Layout of installed pipelines with mentioned weld joint and end connections as per site.

Installation of Centrifugal Pump and Multistage Pump.

Familiar with Valves such as

Ball valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Angular Auto Valve, Butterfly valve, Flush Bottom Valve, Flow Diverter Valve, Needle Valve, Diaphragm Valve, ‘T’ Type Zero Dead Leg Valve, Non Return Valve, Auto Zero Dead Leg Valve, Block Type Zero Dead Leg Valve.

Sanitization of installed purified water lines

Visual Testing of Weld joint specification along with boroscopy testing if required by the client.

Performing Chlorine and ppm testing with provided kit.

Installation of angular Seat Valve for steam and also used various purposes in Generation & Distribution System.

Performing Erection & Commissioning of Purified Water Generation & Distribution system.

Has worked in India as well as Abroad for erection & commissioning of projects and handed over the system to the client with respect to the desired date.
