Engaged in reviews of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, while innovating corrective actions designed to address and resolve manufacturing issues and bolster performance; implemented problem solving methodologies, including fish bone diagrams, to execute root cause analysis into manufacturing issues.
Within the first four months of this role, led an aggressive hiring campaign that resulted in the recruitment of three engineers and a supervisor, strengthening the team.
