Within the first four months of this role, led an aggressive hiring campaign that resulted in the recruitment of three engineers and a supervisor, strengthening the team.

Successfully boosted production output by 280% YOY from Q4 2010 to 2011, and started 2012 with 144% YOY growth; additionally, introduced improvements that eliminated 85% of overtime.
