Limits set for Used/New Assets basis eligibility as per Bank Statement or Audited Financials of the Company.

Audited Financials of the Company are reviewed to set limits. Various parameters are checked to set limits such as Revenues/Profits, EBITA, Ratio Analysis, Assessment of Working Capital by analyzing the Cash Conversion Cycle of the Company, Profit Analysis, Receivables and Inventory Ageing, Debt Service Ratio, Return on Equity, Return of Investment. Also a 5 year projections are set for the company basis past and present financial credentials of the company.

Bank Statement of the Company are reviewed to set limits. Various parameters are checked to set limits such as Annual/Monthly Net Turnover, Average Daily/Monthly Balances, Account Conduct i.e. Inward /Outward return cheques, past dues and delinquency, Prompt repayment history, Business Module etc.

Loan to Value (LTV) i.e. 90%/80%70% basis norms. Drawdowns of limits basis norms.

Satisfactory Customer Point Verifications, Reference Checks. Assessing market value of asset through approved dealers are few other checks that are performed.

Preparation of Moody’s spreadsheet on the basis of Audited Financials.

Various system related checks such as Central Bank Report, Etihad Credit Bureau, Emcredit.

Ensure cases are processed within compliance and fraud parameters.

Various comparisons are done for liquidity, profitability and credit histories of an establishment.

In depth review of Audited financials- Ratio analysis, assessment of working capital requirement, Cash Conversion Cycle. Profits, ageing of receivables and Inventory.

Central Bank Check, Emcredit Check, Repayment on other bank borrowings, Ensure cases are processed within compliance and fraud parameters. Compare liquidity, profitability and credit histories of establishment.

Bank Statement analysis- Annual turnover & net turnover. Return cheques, Repayment on other loans, Average monthly Turnover, Transfers etc

Credit visit is done once case is satisfactory analyzed- During credit visit, stocks are verified, business transactions verified. Once visit satisfactory case is further recommended to Head of Credit for approval.
