Cigna Global International, Claims Processor/Team Leader10/04/2010-08/10/2014 I was an international claims processor where I had to process claims from all over the country and I had used Google translator on a daily bases. I had a hold report I had to keep track of where medical review, provider/members loads and bank loads would come back and it was my job to research these holds and make sure the information was entered correctly. I had to process 7 claims an hour and maintain good quality. I had to research previous processed claim and make sure they were paid correctly and if not I would have to send them to adjustment. I processed different kinds of mail types provider or member payments.
