June 2014 to October 13, 2017, Premier Staffing assignment at Central State Hospital – DUTIES including answering telephone, answering email in order to get appointment needed to schedule for patients. After receiving appointments then entered into the TMS Database in order to create work orders to assign to the drivers. After entering all appointments for the day, then generate query to assign drivers. After assigning appointments to the driver, then I would print out the work orders and sign the order and put in drivers box. Daily updating the previous work orders in the system by entering the amount of time the drivers spent on each assignment and would then close out the work order.

May 12, 2010 Abacus Staffing Corporation, Richmond, VA assignment at Southside Virginia Training Center until closing of Training Center June 2014. Duties: Lead Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities consisted primarily of data entry for the agency Access-based database and the agency electronic learning management system. Entered all training records to employees profile. Co-management of a large employee initiative (Direct Support Professional Career Pathway Program). Communicated information and ideas verbally and in writing.
