Skills on Drive Test & Analysis of Drive Test data for optimization recommendation. Very skilled on using MapInfo, MCOM, MS-Office for preparing reports. Conversant of various RF planning, drive testing and post processing tools like MapInfo 10,11,8.5, TEMS investigation, NEMO Analyzer.

Analysis of coverage and capacity, Frequency planning, Statistic monitoring to achieve network performance above benchmark level & to meet quality requirement.

Analysis of LOG Files to check Drop Calls, Handover Failures, Bad Quality sample if any. Frequency Planning, BSIC planning, antenna type selection. Coverage prediction, Capacity Monitoring

Drive & Optimization (2G, 3G&4G):

Performing the drive test & post processing of drive test data & performance of each analysis.

Analyzing of drive test log of problematic area of network and determine if drop call or HO failure caused by poor radio conditions, missing neighbor, overshooting, poor handover parameters, power control, pilot pollution etc.

Responsible to maintain the different KPI in UMTS –Accessibility, Retainability, Availability, Mobility,

Integrity.

Analyzing of Intra-frequency, Inter-frequency, inter -RAT measurements Reports.

Event threshold modification of SHO factor improvement based on KPI and drive report observation.

Optimizing neighbor list, Handover control, RF parameter and Frequency retuning.

Generating Coverage plot like RSCP, Ec/Eo, RX-level, C/I, RX-quality plot and Reports generation customer presentation.

Analyzing drive plots and log files of different sites and planning to overcome those issues which collected in log files.

Monitoring some parameter of KPI’s (HSR, TCH Blocking, SD Blocking) and planning to keep those values

within bench Marks.

Planning frequency for new sites Maintaining Minimum interference (C/I) in the existing sites.

Responsible for pre drive and post drive for new sites, BSC Migration, Expansion and TRAI drive (Telecom

Regular Authority of India).

Maintaining performance Tracker, Physical Audit Tracker on daily basis and submission to customer.

Preparing Network review reports weekly and monthly basis and submitting the same to the customer. RF Planning and Survey:

RF Nominal sites planning in which suggest sector orientation, Antenna types and height.

Planning MACRO cell for capacity as well as road coverage.

Survey for new offloading sites according to cell utilization of existing site by analyzing utilization reports of sites.

Responsible for preparing monthly ROLL OUT PLAN for upcoming sites.

Coordinating and handling New Site survey works and survey report Maintenance.

Planning for Expansion of sites depends on congestion and utilization.
