Superintendent

Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and material submittals. Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite. Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

Project engineer, Superintendent and manager to be hired by private CORPORATION and PRIVATE OWNERS to protect their interest and oversee all phase of the project design or construction to assure the cost estimate, the schedule and construction work is done as proposed. The goal is to verify material quality, construction, the time frame, payment release, work progress and contractor performance in the project is going as per plans with minimal if any deviation. I make sure thru site inspection that the work is done as per high engineering and construction standard. Prepare weekly engineering report for the owner.

ITALCONSUL, Italian Corporation.

GENERAL INSPECTOR for PORT SAINT JOHN water facility.

Main duty, verify the Construction for PORT SAINT JOHN water facility was done per plans. Review all the plans for compliances with existing building code.

Test concrete samples, keep enforcing construction schedule. Made sure any and all utilities relocation conforms to plans and are completed on time, in many cases ahead of schedule. Direct updates to owner with weekly and staff meeting report; work progress. Verified OSHA safety compliance, control and verify payment request and report, change order approval and verification.

FRUTILANDIA BUILDING- This was a four story DESIG / BUILT structure of 600,000 sf. for a Supermarket, Professional Office and Residential Apartments. The D/B Included the preparation of the site plan, structural and architectural building plan, electrical, mechanical and site development. All utilities water, sewer, refuse, master lift station, paving, drainage, and permitting. The project was in Martin County, Florida.
