Handling all the recruitment process for Mega project, mechanical, piping, electrical, HSE, civil, contract, social, HR & admin.
Update the Man power plan on weekly bases to control the overall recruitment process in the project.
Classify & setting the most effective recruitment channels to fulfil the required vacancies in our project.
