• Develop, review and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of quality documentation.
• Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information.
• Provide full admin support to the team.
• Coordination and implementation of all activities relatives to the collation and issuance of a “Final As-Built” documentation dossier to clients after production.

RESPONSIBILITY: My responsibility includes but not limited to the following,
• Prepare, monitor and administer the QA/QC Plan, manufacturing procedures, ITP, work method statements, material traceability procedures, load-out plan, etc and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Assure that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
• Assured the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Follow up the concrete work and inform/invites the client representative on site to witness all, concrete placement, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test and also prepare a crushing schedule for the project and sign off all compressive test results.
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
• Internal auditing, Assessment/ Consultant, Visual Report Writing, Safety Compliance, Process and Standards Improvement, Inspection and Delivery Monitoring, Site Visit and Supervision, Materials Procurement, etc.
• Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
• Coordinate all inspection, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made par the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
• Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITY: My responsibility includes but not limited to the following,
• Planning and preparation of work schedules
• Visit project sites and give evaluation reports.
• Supervise production of concrete mats, grout bags and fabrication of steel formworks.
• Co-ordinate all contract staffs and general load stacking and load out activities.
• Coordination of Visual Inspection, reporting of production activities, planning of work force, equipment, tools demanded and ensuring appropriate calibration of all quality equipments.
• Work with logistics to integrate quality standards as part of the service level agreement for core suppliers and where appropriate, asses supplier return products with failure analysis.
POSITION HELD: Permit to Work Coordinator -2014- 2015 RESPONSIBILITY: My responsibility includes but not limited to the following,
• Report to the Yard manager,
• Ensures strict implementation of PW rules at work locations,
• Coordinates and participates in work permit coordination meetings,
• Audits the permit to work procedure and ensure compliance on daily basis,
• Providing a quality check on the completion of permits and certificates and ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained and informing the IA, PA and AA of any potential conflicts,
• Operating the permit office to reflect the current status of all permitted work and isolations. This includes maintaining the permit coordination display board,
• Taking a lead role in ensuring the SIMOPs is not compromised by the issue of conflicting permits,
• Coaching and mentoring of staff when necessary,
• Ensuring that PTW updates/changes are effectively communicated to all relevant personnel,
