• Implemented ETL solution to automate around 200 plus surveys which were being conducted manually throughout the client organization in banking and finance domain to get the customer ratings for the services offered by the client.

• Created a Dimensional Data Model (Star Schema) on Oracle 11g using Informatica PowerCenter 9.5.
