I am a Solution Designer and Business Analyst with a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA). I have over 12years of IT industry experience in Telecom Domain (CPE devices - Tablet, STB) and Transportation Domain. Additionally, I have OSS/Process design experience working for a giant UK Telecom company both onshore & offshore. I am looking for a position in Data Analytics and/or Business Analysis in the said domain or new domain.

SUMMARY

Worked as an E2E MIS Solution Designer in TV/Video Content Management projects for leading UK based Telecommunications giant (BT)

Experience in TV Analytics, IPTV based services like Multicast/Linear TV are also included to both STBs and TV on the Go devices. E2E MIS Designer

Client: BT Vision – Video & Content Platform

BT Vision is a Broadband Value Added Service delivering Freeview TV services with enhanced features delivered via the broadband network to a TV. The enhanced services include Content on Demand and other interactive services are delivered to a BT Vision Set-top box (STB). In addition IPTV based services like Multicast/Linear TV are also included to both STBs and TV on the Go devices – smart phones, iPad, Anroid.

Responsibilities:

Capturing and Analyzing business requirements. Discussions with the customer for clarity on MIS reports.

Providing solutions in consultation with various stakeholders – Security, Technical Architects, Dev etc.

Providing Mock-up reports in discussion with Business stakeholders for final Reporting views.

Rapid Impact Assessments (RIA) ahead of the Solution design for Cost & effort view. Useful for prioritization by the Business & Program teams.

Ensure designs have been thoroughly reviewed - both internal & with domain and technical experts.
