Responsibility:

1-Responsible for data base factory Since the factory produces Fiberglass Pipe

2-Every day, registration numbers and lengths and specifications of each product for all pipe production lines pipes different diameters and also the actual number of hours worked and the number of hours each machine faults

3-Controls raw material consumption every week and monthly

4-Is reported daily by excel program explaining the history of the product today, diameter and the total of what has been produced good and corrupted by length and the number of daily working hours,and send this reports to financial department to calculate cost for each product that produced on Machine

5-Analysis of all production Data, generation of results and primary conclusions to be presented to Plant Manager and Production Manager

6-Is reported weekly, monthly and annual data for all production plant and are displayed on all plant managers.

7-Reports are organized and arranged the ISO system reports ISO 9001

8-All reports as Excel files for easy access to information
