Junior methods engineer holding a bachelor of applied science degree in Industrial Engineering. Experienced in working with people from different backgrounds. Great knowledge in implementing the use of lean six sigma methodology. Start with improving the process and the hole system will improve. • Calculated the cycle time of each worker to design the best line balancing system possible

• Designed a material handling cart to increase the capacity of the number of parts per one cart movement

• Designed a belt conveyor at the welding station to move the parts to the next operation automatically

• Created Standardized Task Sheets for operators to demonstrate the process sequence

• Re-evaluated each working station, by making the station more ergonomic and user-friendly
