• Calculated the cycle time of each worker to design the best line balancing system possible

• Designed a material handling cart to increase the capacity of the number of parts per one cart movement

• Designed a belt conveyor at the welding station to move the parts to the next operation automatically

• Created Standardized Task Sheets for operators to demonstrate the process sequence

• Re-evaluated each working station, by making the station more ergonomic and user-friendly

• Got hands on work experience dealing with different manufacturing processes like welding, sandblasting, and painting etc.
