Inherited a stagnant procurement division for Stock Building Supply. Revamped purchasing and procurement offices (400MM in P+L responsibility-West), directed development of 25,000 sq. ft. distribution center, and reorganized staff. Sustained 99.3% on-time deliveries and reduced obsolete and overstock inventory from 2.4MM to $535K in 7 months.

Created New Revenue Stream for Company

Started a company risk profile in commodity inventory which was over 1.8 Billion due to their cash transactional processes. Implemented risk management systems and hedging profiles and lowered their inventory projections by 32% with 0 liabilities. Activates and Leisure Time

When not in the office I am an avid reader, writer and a morning gym rat. I have a passion for finding balance and harmony in my life. My amazing kids and beautiful fiancée give me purpose and my purposes give me that vitality that hopefully someday my imprints will help leave this world a better place than I found it. References
