With over 30 years of experience, in a variety of industries, and almost as many roles, flexibility has become my hallmark. At each and every position there were lessons to learn and marvelous people from whom to glean. December, 2017 – April, 2018

Contracts Administration Lead / Educational Media Foundation, Rocklin, CA

Instrumental in introducing a new Contracts Administration role to the organization.

Worked with developers as they altered the Contracts and Legal Request tools in the ServiceNow platform.

Connected with Business Unit Managers regarding their contracts on a daily basis.

May, 2007 – December, 2017

Leasing Specialist / Educational Media Foundation, Rocklin, CA

Managed/tracked leases and all other associated contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Ordered Certificates of Insurance, tracked the receipt of the appropriate FCC/municipality licensure.

Worked closely with Engineers during the construction process as well as worked through problems and other issues regarding existing sites.

Negotiated and managed radio tower leases with owners throughout the country.
