Processed over 12 Million in Grant requests. Maintained all aspects of the request process through the Cybergrants system. Managed intake and triage of International & U.S requests for the Corporate Giving group.

In charge of the accuracy and completeness of grants data and quality assurance, including responding to audit inquiries, analysis of incoming requests and obtain approvals from management. Process approval/decline documentation in Cybergrants system.

Handle the processing of contracts and ensure contracts are signed before processing payments. Request payments for approved requests through SAP and Ariba PO processing. Responsible for tracking payments & budget.

Staffing/Supply Analyst for R&D & Senior Project Coordinator for Contributions program

Managed the R&D Contributions Program until 2013 and paid approximately 2 million in contributions/grants each year (see below position from 2003-2009 for more information)

In Charge of R&D staffing database. Processed new requisitions for all new R&D employees, for the entire R&D Operations group staffing needs. Processed monthly Excel files to include Headcount, Turnover, Org Charts, Requisition & Worker Status reports needed for Monthly meetings with Clients.

Managed the BMS R&D Contributions Program. In charge of processing contribution requests for external scientific conferences for R&D. Trained end users/organizations on how to submit an application for a Charitable Contribution or Conference support using the MicroEdge GIFTS website.

Worked with Website developers to create, maintain & upgrade the Contributions and Freedom to Discover Distinguished Achievement Awards (DAA) databases/websites.

Acquire approvals & process all check requests through SAP and sending correspondence letters by deadline date. Each year the Contributions Program has processed over 232 Contribution requests and paid approximately 2 Million in contributions/grants. Processed payments and tracked budget.

In charge of the BMS Freedom to Discover Distinguished Achievement Awards (DAA) program & Managed the activities. Processed award applications & sent applications for approval to selection committee. Each year, a total of approximately 2.5 million was awarded to 7 winners.

Serve as BMS point of contact for all questions regarding the DAA nomination process and trained end users on how to enter nominations into the DAA Website.

Responsible for ensuring that all activities associated with the Freedom to Discover Grants and Awards program are executed as planned and that all deadlines are met for 5 therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neuroscience, Cardiovascular, Immunoscience & Virology.
