Took over operations of a poorly-running HR Department for a severely under-staffed Juvenile Detention Center with 400 employees with a staffing plan that called for 515 employees.

Used a Change Management approach to ensure the new organizational culture was successfully established.
Administered on-boarding procedures for more than 380 new-hires in four years.
