Research Assistant May 2015 to May 2016 Vancouver, BC I was a research assistant for the geography department head at the University of British Columbia. At this position I performed stream surveys for post graduate geofluvial research. Using a total station, hand measurements, magnetic tracers, and aerial photographs, I collected data on channel morphology, composition, and sediment transport rate. I then converted this raw data into shapefiles, created DEMs and TINs, and performed elevation change and sediment transport analyses. I also used drone and pole photo imagery to create a 3D model of the stream using Agisoft Photoscan. Northwest Hydraulic Consultants
