Training of Personnel- To ensure that the QA personnel under control are adequately trained, qualified, experienced to perform the activities assigned to them and have access to the procedures describing the quality management system

Continual Improvement - To promote and ensure feedback of project/operations experience together with input from new technology, plus feedback from audits, are used to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system
