Prior to my career in the legal field, I worked for 20 years in the food industry in every aspect. In 2003, I implemented the first Summer Food Program at the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation in Livingston, Texas. I received a letter of commendation on the local, state, and federal levels for no demerits on any of my inspections.
