• Selected as astronomical observer on Celestron and Skywatcher systems to see occultation of Kuiper Belt object 2014 MU69, New Horizon’s next flyby target, and served as translator and press liaison
• Positioned mobile, ground-based telescopes in optimal locations to detect the most historic occultation event in human history
• Lead team of scouts, coordinated with Argentinian National Guard and local authorities, and conducted an expedition in uncharted territory
