Responsibilities include e-mailing PHL-Visitors to alert them when a physician will be arriving at ACRIN HQ; prepping the necessary forms for the physician to fill out (such as his/her invoice for payment, expense report, and a Memorandum of Understanding); reaching out to the physician to order breakfast/lunch items; and collecting all of the forms once the physician has signed and dated them and distributing them to the appropriate personnel for processing.
* Protocol Teleconferences: Set up protocol teleconferences through meeting invitations. Send out e-mail reminders. Work with protocol personnel if the teleconference needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
* Doodle Poll: Create a poll and send out to recipients to request dates and times that would work best for their schedule when looking for feedback on the scheduling of a teleconference or Go To Meeting.
*Go To Meeting: Create a Go To Meeting and distribute the Go To Meeting link to the appropriate personnel. Open the Go To Meeting as Moderator and make various personnel the presenter when they have forms or slides that need to be viewed by everyone on the teleconference.
