Project Manager – new Release - Venus software distribution & installation
Project Manager Consultant for IT project management optimization program. Using proven Prince II methodologies managed teams with four database administrators and client based consultants to organize workshops, user training and installation of the new releases. Met with key stakeholders and determined scope and work breakdown structure.
Developing and managing project plans for Natural language software development. Plans included detail on the necessary steps required to design, develop, test, and deploy software driven protocols and monitor progress of our 5 pilot sites.
Identified resources and created project schedule. Managed and updated the project using MS Project 2010 from start to finish. Projects budget was part of the maintenance contract except when the database administrators had to install the system onsite. Constantly updating stakeholder (municipality’s CFO and IT managers) regarding the project progress and giving regular feedbacks to our Senior Project Manager. Project ranged from 3 to 5 months periods.
