My daily duties and responsibilities. I am the Safety and did do my Nebosh IOSH but I am waiting for my certificate. I did start with my IGC1,2 and 3.

I am working myself to the point to be a safety manager.

Collect all JCE from the planner at Sasol Analyser Department.

Register each JCE.

Obtain a quote number from the appointed person in Sasolburg.

Create a Job folder in dropbox.

Assist to obtain prices for the parts and assist with compiling of the quotes and JCE’s.

Compiling all quotes and documentation in the correct folders.

Keep record of submission dates of the quotes and JCE’s.

Follow up with orders for the JCE.

Obtain Job number from the appointed person in Sasolburg.

Compiling of the orders in the correct folders.

Submit the lists of material to the appointed person in Sasolburg.

Follow up on material delivery from Sasolburg and suppliers.

Assist the project manager with job cards for each job.

Compiling all hours worked from the job cards into the correct folders.
