Job Responsibilities:

Arrangement of accommodation for staff and junior staff and workers

from various nationalities Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali.

Overall supervision of smooth maintenance all camp accommodation in with the maintenance team.

Maintaining fire extinguisher service and expiry period, timely send for refilling.

To manage all incoming and outgoing mail..

Make and send report to Admin manager about water, electric, sewage trip consumption on daily basis.

Maintain worker daily complaints register.

Take care of worker grievances.

Make arrangement of sweet water from outside in case of water shortage.

Always take care about good housekeeping in camp.

Conduct fire mock drill in the camp.

Co ordinate with transport supervisor for smooth transport function from camp to various sites.

Arrange sports activities during holidays and Friday.

Control about food wastage

Always think about camp and food cost control.

Always take care about lunch Tiffin box food during hot climate.

Give instruction to store keeper to follow FIFO system in store.

Over all inspection in kitchen, dry store, vegetable room, non veg. room.

Give instruction to chef follow HACCP system in kitchen.

Weekly conduct food safety meeting with kitchen staff.

Distribute duty and responsibilities to housekeeping and kitchen staff.

Always keep in touch with all staff to remind personal hygiene and personal safety.

Performed monthly audit, weekly inspection at camp and kitchen.

Keep records about safety training.

Keep inform to senior about day to day happen in camp and kitchen.

Always remind them about safety hazards like physical, chemical.
