Planning, monitoring & Maintenance of below mentioned instrumentation packages:

BTG DCS & Instruments MAKE-M/S GE (OC 4000) no Packages (i.e. temperature transmitter, DP transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter, pneumatic instruments, turbovisory instruments TSI (Emerson) etc.)

Familiar with different processing cards like I/O -Analog, Digital, Sequence of Events (SOE’s), mA/V, TC, RTD, also Verify & Review Control Loop Logic functions & Protection System related to all maintenance procedures of BTG & BOP equipment package.

Checking all equipment Interlock & Protection, Logic Forcing according to operational requirements.

Calibration of Pneumatic control valve, Pressure switches, DP switches, Pressure, Flow & Level Transmitters.

Bench calibration of Gauges, Solenoids Valves, Control valves transmitters.

Planning & implementing preventive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment.

Periodically checking of all the Field Instruments and if required calibrate online.

Attending instruments defects and faults under running and unit shut-down for smooth operation of unit.

Preparing modification report, Incident report & Trouble report.

Good Knowledge in Maintenance of the Power Plant Purchase & material management.
