Sree Jayajothi Cements Pvt. LTD. (MY HOME GROUP), KURNOOL, ANDHRAPRADESH

Manager – Mechanical, Feb 2009 to till date in kiln section and Raw mill section.

In Kiln section modifications were carried out from 1st July 2014 to 25th

September 2014.

1.FONS cooler internals replaced with FLS Cross Bar cooler (CB 14X60).

2.Heavy Duty Roller Breaker (MF 414 HRB).

3.Stage-1 cyclone modification, Down comer Duct modification, Extension of Pre Calcinar by 14 meters, Cyclone-6 cone bottom modification, feed chute modification in 5th & 6th stage Cyclones. Kiln inlet seal and smoke chamber modification, installation of feed dispersion plates and flap valves in feed pipes. New TA duct with hoisting damper & New TA take off from cooler.

* Raw mill LM 56.4 SEISA gear box replaced by MAAG gear box.

Erection and commissioning of major machinery- 2 MTPA Green field project

Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of Blending silo, Preheater, Kiln, FONS Cooler, Elevators, Bag house, chain conveyors and pan conveyors

Maintaining all machinery with less downtime & managing with minimum spares.

Monitoring regular jobs and necessary training to be provided for down level engineers.

Excellent exposure in spares ordering and monitoring in SAP.

Providing efficient solutions in shut down of any machinery.

Preplanning of spares arrangement for planned shutdowns and maintenance works.

As Engineer- 1 MTPA Green field project

Erection, commission & maintenance of Pyro section mainly Kiln, Cooler, Bag house,

Pre- heater, Blending silo, D.D.P.C, Coal Crusher and coal Mill.

Commissioning of Cement mill & Packing plant.

Modifications in PYRO section

1.Partly conversion of grate cooler to C.I.S M.F.R

2.Cyclone modification

3. Coal mill diaphragm shifted towards drying chamber side. The coal mill

capacity increased to 2 tones.

4. P.C coal pipe line diameter increased because pipe line jam regularly and

also S.F.M fluctuated.
