● Profile Experience:

Presently working in South India Cements Ltd as a Assistant CCR operator for kilns and coal mills(ball mill) (from Feb2014 to toll now.

Nature of Work:

Monitor kilns operation, operational parameters and tuning them according to kiln condition to ensure optimum production.

Calculations of Kiln and pre-heater Radian losses and convection losses.

Monitor operational parameters of Ball mills for smooth operation and solving of related problems by inform to the concerning maintenance departments.

Actively participate in kiln shut down works.

Actively participate in regular general maintenance works, Grinding media segregation and regarding works, prepare record of grinding media charging details, consumption, and wear out.

Presently operating Kiln & Coal Mill with latest equipped state of art technology. ABB AC800M 5.1 (DCS Based) for fully computerised plant operation.

Supervision of kiln Brick lining, Castable work and other various works during the plant shutdown/ general maintenance.
