Flow Simulation and Optimization of Inlet Manifold Used in 4-Cylinder Engine:

By using Nx-CAD software, inlet manifold has been designed according to required parameters.

By varying the length of plenum, the distribution of air inlet manifold is studied using Ansys which results in finding the parameters like velocity variations, mass flow rates and turbulence distribution from inlet plenum to outlet manifold. Also, volumetric efficiency is calculated. Mechanism of Turbo Super Charger and Static & Dynamic Analysis of Impeller of Turbo Super Charger Developed in NX CAD & ANSYS Software:

Turbo super chargers are intended to increase efficiency of I.C engines by increasing air intake.

This project uses Nx-CAD and ANSYS to design and evaluate impeller and the effect of alloys in I.C engines.
