Food and Beverage Sourcing for all Hilton hotels.
Initiatives & accomplishments:
Roll-out of new corporate identity collaterals (2016): Managed the supply of all new guest collaterals, signs, keys, etc. Standardized & centralized all printing materials for both corporate & WWR hotels under 3 suppliers and achieved a saving of USD 50k annually.
Roll-out of Brand Standards: Established local sourcing of linen & terry, shower rod & curtain, Iron & Iron board, in-room coffee program.
Contracts / savings: Implementation of standard contract template for Chinaware, Silverware, Cutlery, kitchen utensils, Kitchen Equipment, F&B Linen, Food, Printing materials and Stationery, thus achieving a saving of USD 100k annually.
General: Delivery of periodical spend analyses, monthly performance reports, supplier consolidation, range consolidation, supplier audits.

Purchasing Clerk Covering all categories – Hurghada cluster -3 Hotels Responsible for the procurement of all Purchase type items for Hurghada cluster. Explore new reliable suppliers (main importers / distributors) who can deliver high level of services & quality at fixed prices.
Initiatives & accomplishments:
Responsible of Hilton Breakfast project (2010): New breakfast menu applied in all Egypt’s Hilton hotels offered a various selection of special food items, my participation was to handle the food surveys and provide the hotels with the needed equipment for the project.
Tenders / savings: Central tendering for food items, achieved a saving of around USD 15k annually.
Coordinate with Sudan Hilton purchasing managers to fulfill their hotels needs from the Egyptian market.
Fruit & vegetables pricing & delivery system: participate in managing F&V pricing & delivery system. Explore new F&V suppliers who can participate in the system, fix the prices on a weekly basis.
11/2012 – 12/2014 Purchasing Supervisor for Alexandria Hotels –At Purchasing Office Egypt Responsible for the procurement of all Purchase type items for Alexandria cluster. Conduct regular market surveys and obtain quotations for the required items range. Initiatives & accomplishments:

Itemized, centralized & unified sourcing suppliers for 60% of engineering items. Achieved a saving of around USD 20k annually.
