Job Description

1- Prepare receipts traffic in a statement accompanied by all the supporting documents of income and supply notices to banks where revenues are reviewed. 2- Follow-up cash deposits and checks daily, substantiated report to senior management sends periodically.

3- control the movement of the actual store and inventory daily and monitor the application of the exchange and receiving and flashbacks agreed with management 4- matching the daily movement of sales and customer receipts with an accountant and warehouse inventory of cars and follow indebtedness 5- Documentation of selling expenses (expenses cars, selling and transportation) and daily management of the trust account

6- indebtedness matching and customer accounts weekly customer with an accountant and send a report to the financial management and sales 7- Stand on the actual balances stores, treasury and customer account (expenses section) and sent to the main center.(Monthly Inventory)

8- Follow up sales reports and prepare accrual customers- monthly,quarter, annual 9- Prepare profit and loss (p&l) report for branch 10-preparation of sales commission Delta and Alexandria each month Training Courses
