Senior Project Manager (facility partner)

Managed Bank of America account including infrastructure, emergency, ADA compliance, and assocoiate move projects valued up to $5M+. Coordinated all security, Critical Environment Work Authorization (CEWA), online bidding through Total Bid, bank technology, and vendor procurement. Controlled all project schedules and budgets and Line of Business (LOB) expectations, and managed project teams.

Captured $202K in cost savings to customer through GC bidding and due diligence on replacement of aged ceiling mounted heat pumps.

Eliminated lawsuits and complaints over exterior tripping hazards in downtown Wilmington DE. Surveyed and identified irregular sidewalks, street curbing, and inclines surrounding three bank buildings and worked with civil engineer and experienced GC in correcting all problems.

Site Manager / Project Director

Led all aspects of architectural and engineering design services, design fee proposals, client relations, design presentations, and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration including Merrill Lynch and U.S. Trust. Proficient AutoCad production.

Removed safety risk created by dangerous existing entryway and landscape by redesigning entire area with tiered planters narrowing the walkway entry; incorporated ADA access previously missing.

Recruited a talented designer for the Baltimore office who later became one of the top senior designers for the firm.
