Providing Technical / Management Leadership to projects & personal.

Managing Project Engineering, Execution strategy, Monitoring & Controling, Construction implementation and approved changes,review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, design Installations of all mechanical systems ensuring high standards of safety, environmental and quality control, coordination of all MEP and electromechanical activities.

Manage and Supervise the Contractor, sub contractor /site engineers. Ensures that all construction work are undertaken to required design, specification, standards & OSHE requirements. Coordinate and manage the quality control process for MEP systems construction. Monitor site progress including installations of required equipment against accepted program and 2-4 week look ahead. Make recommendation where extra sources or alternative work processes are required to maintain & increase performance.Identify problematic design issues and make recommendation for alternate and cost affective re-design solutions. Follow up site activities and advising them corrective actions required where necessary. Liaise with consultants/client for dispute resolution and change management. Follow up and timely implementation of main contractor/consultant review comments. Knowledge of various codes like ASTM,IEC,NEC,NFPA,BS,Etc. Coordinate and support third party commissioning activities and manage commissioning documentation.
