Assigned degrees of urgency patients in order to maximize capabilities of medical personnel and resources resulting in an 91% survival rate and 100% survival rate of all treatable patients.

Created and taught first-aid training course to approximately 300 non-medical personnel. Recognized by senior leadership for having the most medically ready and capable soldiers. This was backed by a survival rate 4% above average even without the aid of dedicated medical personnel.

Worked on a cross-function team to develop a conversion kit allowing non-medical vehicles to be used to evacuate patients. Created a system which cost only $35 per vehicle, allowed continued medical treatment, and did not compromise vehicle crew safety or mission readiness.
