Manage all HR processes, including, but not limited to, Current Estimated Potential, (Succession Planning),

Organizational Development, Employee Value Proposition, Individual Performance Review, Full-cycle

Recruitment, Job Evaluations, Talent Management processes, Resignation/Dismissal, Organizational Climate

Surveys, Onboarding, Offboarding, Disciplinary Procedures, Continuous Improvement, Diversity & Inclusion

etc. and deliver HR guidance to the client organization.

Partner with leadership teams to strengthen employee engagement and relations, proactively identify
