Responsibilities at Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Mechanical Maintenance:
1.ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE:
Condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of Double Pole structure
VACCUM CIRCUIT BREAKER (11KV):
a)Daily Condition monitoring of vaccum circuit breaker
b)Pre maintenance of HT switch gear such as VCB(VACCUM CIRCUIT BREAKER) once in a Quarterly, Half yearly
TRANSFORMER(630KVA):
a)Daily/hourly condition monitoring of power Transformer like oil temperature, winding temperature, Conservative oil tank level, breather condition
b)Pre Maintenance of power Transformer once in a month, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly
AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER(440v):
a)Daily Condition monitoring of Air circuit breaker
b)Pre maintenance of HT switch gears such as ACB(AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER) once in a Quarterly, Half yearly
We should check working condition of the MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND MINATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER
Daily Condition monitoring and Pre maintenance of UPS (120KVA).
Daily power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
Daily condition monitoring of the Machine electrical parts like Contactors, MCB’S, Over Load Relays, Step down Transformers.
Daily condition Monitoring of the Induction motors.
Pre maintenance of the Machines as per Manuals.
2.INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION:

We can check daily/hourly condition monitoring of the above PLC’S.
Daily condition Monitoring of the VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES(VFD), SERVO DRIVES, SENSORS, RELAYS, Micro stepper Drive.
We can change the programming parameters as per requirement.
3.MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE:
Daily condition Monitoring of the Vaccum pumps.
Pre Maintenance of the vaccum pumps once in a monthly or operations based.
Daily condition Monitoring of the oil Pumps.
Pre Maintenance of the heaters once in a three months.
Pre maintenance of the Conveyors once in a monthly.
Pre Maintenance of the Air Compressor once in a monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly.
Daily/Monthly pre Maintenance of all Machines.
