During my time as an employee I have had two permanent jobs, all of which have required me to work as part of a team and to deal directly with the public. I found my work particularly valuable in teaching me the importance of ascertaining customers' needs, work in a team and providing clear and accurate information in response to those needs. I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills. I am flexible in my working hours being able to work overtime and weekends . I am able to multi task and work under pressure. I worked as a Receiver, Storeman

The following key areas:

Receive and locate all incoming merchandise from truck and other sources into Receiving bays provided

Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks

Properly check in at time of receiving the goods and supplies

Examines outgoing shipments to ensure packaging meets specifications

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse

Help control inventory

Responsible for the lock down of each bay and personnel door located in the warehouse

Responsible for merchandise transfer

Deliver paperwork to inventory office in timely manner after issues

Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records

Labeling of stock
