Group Chief Financial Officer

Reporting directly to the Chairman under the umbrella of the Executive Board. I provide strategic support and guidance on all finance related matters, working in close collaboration with the operational heads and Group corporate heads.

Role Responsibilities

Overall management of the Group’s accounting, finance, treasury and taxation.

Oversee cash-flow planning and maintain the availability of funds

Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as maintaining banking relationships

Develop & utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity based financial analysis to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans

Co-ordinate the development and monitoring of budgets

Develop financial business plans, models and forecasts

Run investment analysis

Participate in corporate policy development and the development of short, medium and long term financial plans and projections

Represent the Group to financial partners; investors, institutions, auditors, public officials, etc.

Oversee the accounting departments to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions

Implement financial policies and procedures and ensure regular maintenance and compliance
