Site Supervision/ Execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the project technical Specifications and Drawings.
Labor management and Completion of work within Schedule Plan Timing
Inspecting and testing material prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and Ensuring removal of Rejected material out from site.
Monitoring daily Progress of Site
Preparing Running Account Bills for Subcontractors and Machineries
Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Project Director and Consultants
Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of material.
Department wise checking the work and preparing the BOQ for all works and Procurement material, negotiating the Rates with Vendor and Get Best Rate.
Taking measurement of Corresponding works like plastering and Brick work and Concrete and to Submit to Head daily/ Weekly& and Check usages of Materials.
Submitting monthly Progressive Report for Productivity Analyzing.
