Ensure that the Quality Assurance of works implemented had the approved checklist and Inspection Report (IR) following the Quality System Management. Also, as per Approved Inspection and Test Plan, ensure that the Material Laboratory Test and assessment was implemented.

To witness on workability test, temperature & cube sampling for all concrete loads at site.

Site Inspection of shotcrete job after blasting & sampling of panel box for core test & witnessing rock bolting on tunnel surface.

To witness & inspect all concreting jobs on handling, placing and compacting at site correctly.

b. Sieve analysis for fine & coarse aggregate.

c. Organic impurities, clay & silt contain test.

d. Compressive strength test for cube & core samples.

Implement Mock-up works and check the quality of work (WIR) as well progress reports, Implement Non-Conformance Report

(NCR) AND Site Observation Reports to site.

To identify the effects of restrain, hairline cracks, plastic settlement cracks by using Spoon test.
