Operations Specialist and logistic Coordinator Duties and Responsibility.

• In case of the material will be bought from suppliers; check prices purchase.Negotiate the payment terms and issue the order to suppliers

• In case of material is unavailable with the main suppliers; send quotation request to the Irregular suppliers; then review & analyze the received quotations and negotiate with Suppliers business terms. This includes but not limited to prices, timing, and delivery and payment terms then issue the purchase order to the supplier.

• Prepare Purchase order with all correspondences with the supplier, and then get the purchasing manager

• Follow up the process of transfer issuance.

• Follow up and coordinate shipping with the shipping & clearance company from Suppliers locations till company warehouses; and handle all clearance & shipping problems.

• Responsible for warehouse duties & receive material upon data .

• Handle the variation between delivered material and packing list through identifying the causes of variation between “Clearance company - Suppliers “and take appropriate action.

• Send clearance Company & supplier’s invoices to Finance department and follow up the cheque issuance

Prepare approved suppliers list includes main & irregular Suppliers.

Negotiate the payment terms with foreign suppliers

In case of the material will be bought from our main suppliers; check prices from available price list and issue the purchase order to foreign suppliers and sign the Proforma invoice attached with all correspondences with the supplier, and then get the purchasing manager

&cost control approval

In case of material is unavailable with the main suppliers; send quotation request to the Irregular suppliers; then review & analyze the received quotations and negotiate with Suppliers business terms. This includes but not limited to prices, timing, and delivery and payment terms then issue the purchase order to the supplier.

Follow up the process of sending the supplier’s invoices to Finance department and follow up the transfer issuance.

Send Performa invoice confirmation to the supplier in terms of

“quantity-prices-delivery and payment terms”, and determine the shipping method; then receive supplier’s confirmation on production dates & shipping dates.

Prepare weekly for purchase orders under clearance for all running projects.

Follow up and coordinate shipping with the shipping & clearance company from Suppliers locations till company warehouses; and handle all clearance & shipping problems.

Prepare and send packing list to the factory to identify & receive material upon data in this list.

Handle the variation between delivered material and packing list through identifying the causes of variation between “Clearance company - Suppliers “and take appropriate action.

Send clearance Company & supplier’s invoices to Finance department and follow up the cheque issuance
