Boiler Light-up process.

Turbine hot rolling and cold rolling process.

Hot light-up, Cold light-up. To observe 45TPH CFBC fired boiler, 10MW condensing impulse and reaction turbine. 65TPH trawling fir grad boiler 15mw its auxiliaries, 15MW condensing impulse and reaction turbine.

Thermax 150 TPH AFBC boiler hot and cold light up. And 25MW and 30MW hot and cold rolling.

Regular monitoring of utility like Dearator, Boiler feed pump, CEP,LPH, HPH.

Emergency handling of boiler as well as turbine.

Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and effective operation.

Manpower handling and proper utilization.

Handling all the activities during shut –down.

Coordinating the different department and working people.

Good command on AFBC, CFBC and trawling fir grad boiler operation.

PARSONAL AND TECNICAL SKILL:-

Operating system windows xp / vista / 7 / 8.

Microsoft office.
