Project Works:

M.Tech: Studies on mechanical and thermo mechanical properties of particle reinforced polyester-based composites.

The purpose was to investigate the effect of haematite, alumina and hybrid combination of these two particles having less than 100µm into polyester resin.

The successful fabrication of polyester-based composites has been done by open moulding process using wooden strips and PVC pipes.

The fillers were varied in their weight percentage i.e. 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% by keeping matrix polyester resin constant for all cases.

To find out thermo mechanical and mechanical characteristics DMA, Compression and hardness tests have been carried out.

To study behaviour of reinforcing materials SEM and EDAX tests has been carried out.

B.E: Biogas plant- Processing of soft kitchen waste.

DIPLOMA: Measurement of stress and strain of a gear tooth using jigs and fixtures by manual experimentation.

Certification:

Smart design methods and process in Automotive Industry at Indian Institute of Science (CCE) Bengaluru.

Industrial Exposure

Worked as internship trainee at Toyoda Gosei South India Private Limited Bidadi from July 2016 - October2016.
