Project Management: coordinated purchase, Factory Acceptance Tests, site assembly, communications, utilities and commissioning of 22 analyzers at a condensate splitter (Crude Unit).

Arrange and coordinate Quarterly Quality Assurance Activities, including Relative Accuracy Test Audits (RATA) and Cylinder Gas Audits (CGA) to be performed in accordance with company requirements, on time, on budget and in compliance with 40 CFR § 60, Appendix F, and other applicable requirements.

Compliance Testing: Manage contractors and coordinate with Operations, Commercial and Scheduling to ensure Compliance (Performance) Testing is completed with optimal results including highest production with the lowest costs. Review proposals, manage contracts and write Request for Services (similar to Purchase Orders) with winning contractor. Ensure contractor follows all applicable rules and regulations and review Compliance Test Report for accuracy and completeness.

Recruited for second-largest US refinery to improve compliance with EPA and local regulations. Conducted and reported sampling and monitoring of ambient air and stack emissions. Performed emissions inventories and maintained relevant portions of rolling 12 month emission reporting.
