Organizational Management changes for the organization via SAP including: new positions, new job codes, cost center changes etc. Maintain and cleanup of the SAP Organizational Management hierarchy for the company. Process, research and provide a solution to all Incidents submitted via Ask HR regarding the learning module, elearnings, or organizational management issues.

Leadership Development Coordinator Responsibilities include: July 2012 – November 2016

Assistant to the Director, Talent Development

Manage materials distribution/updates/preparation for key leadership programs/initiatives and prepare program metrics

Project management support for Talent Review including leading and managing the development and maintenance of the master calibration scheduling calendar, setting up all groups in the Cornerstone system (65), session preparation, report generation within Cornerstone, work closely with the Human Resources Business Partners to ensure all groups are correct before each meeting, maintain confidentiality and served on the core execution team
