Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up and arrange the domestic and international shipments.

Choose and pick up the right shipping forwarders and trucking companies

Prepare for the shipments from the warehouse (labelling and shrink-wrapping and palletizing if necessary) and Inventory check

Arrange to load and unload the cargo when container comes

Fill in the bill of lading and shipping mark

Updated the inventory list and shipping schedule every day and ensure timely delivery of all items

Supervise all warehouse employees, conduct inventory and maintain inventory at proper level

Recommend items no longer useful to be declared surplus and sold

Supervise the intermediate update of pick tickets and the printing of shipping documents.

Manage the facility during shift hours. Responsible for building access control and security.

Ensure that goods are accurately stored and that we maintain location control integrity.

Suggest reallocation of prime and overstock locations to reflect the velocity of movement of the items that we store.

Actively supervises warehouse processes that affect inventory accuracy and control including replenishment, picking correct quantities and units of measure, random audits, outbound order checking, shipment labelling and truck loading.

Responsible for collecting special orders or regular lines, vendor purchase orders or customer returns

Resolving common issues or discrepancies on daily basis.

Organizing and processing customer orders on making sure that truck departure timelines are met.
